WHERE IT BEGAN
PBC Yacht Charter was founded by sailors who grew tired of mediocre charter experiences — outdated boats, unhelpful agencies, and itineraries written by people who had never been to sea.
We set out to build something different. A boutique agency where every detail is handled by people who actually sail: from the first enquiry to the moment you step back on the dock with salt in your hair and a smile on your face.
Through our network of trusted booking partners, we give you access to thousands of yachts across the world's finest sailing destinations — and we're just getting started.

We tell you what the weather will be like, which anchorage is overrated, and when a different destination suits your dates better. Always.
We don't just sell charters — we're passionate sailors ourselves. Our recommendations come from personal experience, not brochures.
We measure success in loyal sailors and return voyages — not transaction counts. That's the trust we set out to earn with every single charter.
HOW IT WORKS
Five steps — that's all it takes to go from idea to sailing in paradise.
Fill in our quick booking wizard or send us a WhatsApp. Tell us your destination ideas, dates, group size, and budget — nothing is set in stone yet.
Within 24 hours, we send you a tailored selection of 2-3 yachts that match your needs, with suggested itineraries and full pricing — no surprises.
Choose your yacht, sign the charter agreement digitally, and secure your dates with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
One week before your trip, we run a full briefing: weather window, route suggestions, marina bookings, local tips, and emergency contacts.
Arrive at the marina, meet our base manager, complete the handover checklist — and you're off. We're just one call away for the entire trip.
WHY PBC
We deliberately limit our bookings. Every client gets personal attention from a real sailor — not a call-centre script.
We only recommend yachts we'd sail ourselves. If a boat doesn't meet our standard, we won't put your name on it — period.
We speak Polish, English, and German fluently — no language barrier, ever.
Our insider knowledge of secret anchorages, local fish restaurants, and off-season gems is yours — included in every booking.

Charter Agent
Maciej has worked the water from almost every angle: deckhand, skipper, sailing instructor and now charter agent. He has personally sailed every one of the nine cruising grounds we arrange, and only suggests charters he'd happily book himself - the simplest quality guarantee we know.
Guest Service Manager
Kasia has sailed her whole life and teaches sailing as a certified instructor. She studied yacht engineering and water safety and has run sailing camps, so every detail of your trip, from provisioning to marina bookings, is handled by someone who knows boats inside out.
Content Creator & Photographer
Martyna combines photography, design and storytelling to create content for PBC Yacht Charter. She believes that behind every destination and every journey there is a story worth sharing, and her role is to help tell it through visuals and social media.
