Charter yachts are licensed for up to 12 guests — for a larger group we arrange two boats sailing together.

All-in approximations including estimated country-specific taxes. Harbour & marina fees outside the home base, provisioning, optional extras (hostess, water toys) and local tourist taxes are not included; a refundable security deposit applies. Where a tax or fee cannot be pinned down in advance, we show an honest range instead of a fake exact number. We model each boat’s weekly rate from its length, type (sailing monohull, catamaran or motor yacht) and age, then apply the destination’s price level, the season for your dates, your trip length and how far ahead you book. Motor yachts carry a higher base rate and a markedly higher fuel estimate. Premium-brand flagships (Swan, Sunreef, Hallberg-Rassy, CNB …) additionally carry an honest brand factor — they charter at a multiple of a production boat of the same length — and crewed flagships always include a professional skipper & hostess. The model is calibrated to real published charter rates, so figures land close — the exact price depends on the specific yacht and is always confirmed in writing.
Charter taxes are country-specific and applied accordingly: Greece 13 % (commercial charters over 48 h), Italy 22 %, France 20 %, Canary Islands IGIC 7–13.5 %, Sweden 25 %, Norway 25 % bareboat / 12–25 % with skipper, Grenada & the Grenadines no VAT on the charter fee (local cruising fees paid on site). Rates are confirmed in the charter agreement — this is an estimate, not tax advice.
